3. All pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in their units and Common Areas.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when not inside a unit or fenced area, and must also be controlled when inside the units so they are not obnoxious because of noise, odor, or unsanitary conditions.
5. On demand by the Board of Directors, any pet owner shall be responsible for producing to the Board of Directors evidence of all pet vaccinations that have been administered to such owner's pet.
